A recipe has no soul. You has a cook, must bring soul to the recipe.

Hi, I'm Maria and I'm a culinary student in Bulgaria.
I started to cook when I was around 13, with my grandmas in the kitchen, and at some point, I started to cook without them knowing using their recipes, and my love for creating recipes started.
Studying food was my biggest dream, to know more about cooking, but most importantly pastry.
Recently I discovered that I have a passion for bread and different kinds of dough.
In the future, I want to open my own place that serves really nice pastries and bread, with a nice environment where people can just have a coffee and talk.
